Clinical Immigration Psychosocial Reports are completed for individuals that are applying for immigrant and non-immigrant visa status. The most common types of cases for which these reports are used include the following: Political Asylum, Extreme/Exceptional Hardship Waivers, Spousal Abuse, Substantiation of a Good Faith Marriage, and for Victims of Human Trafficking. We work with your Immigration Attorney to provide a detailed, comprehensive report that is submitted to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). These psychosocial reports are submitted to provide additional information to support your request in obtaining Waivers, Asylum, and Cancellation of Removal from the United States. These Evaluations can be conducted in English or Spanish. The evaluator is experienced in working with immigrant populations from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Testimony is available in the event that it is necessary in your case. We are able to provide continued counseling services to support you during this challenging time.
