OceanVista Counseling Associates is committed to supporting our clients and their families during this challenging time that we are facing in our country and beyond. Our office continues to review updates by the CDC and Health Department. As of 3/16/2020, we have started to offer clients Telehealth Counseling sessions to support our current clients and new clients.
We are taking the emotional and physical health of our clients seriously. Our administrative staff will maintain our normal phone intake hours of 6 AM – 9 PM. We will be available to schedule an existing client or new client appointment.
We will continue to offer extended appointment times between the hours of 9 AM to 7:30 PM. Please contact our office to learn more about how we can support you or a loved one during this time of transition. We are committed to being flexible with appointment times. We understand your schedules may be shifting in your personal and professional lives.
We have been working with all of the major insurance companies to understand the supports that are available to you. Some of the insurances are allowing Telehealth and/or Telephone appointments (if technology resources are not available to you).
Telehealth Counseling appointments are conducted on our HIPAA Compliant Program – called Simple Practice. When you schedule a Telehealth Counseling appointment, you will receive an email from YourProvider@SimplePractice.com. In the email you receive there will be a link that you can use to start your session. In the event you have any connection issues please contact the office at 386-449-8600.
As a community, it is important to support one another as we navigate through these stressful times.
Please try to limit your exposure to the virus and contact us if you need support during this time. If you have any questions during this time please reach out directly to our office or Kathleen Coughlin at 386-449-8600. You can also email our office directly at support@OceanVistaCounsel.com.
