I view counseling as a collaborative process. In sessions, we will focus on exploring your feelings and life challenges. The goal is to help you begin to lead a happier and healthier life. Therapy can help you increase your self-understanding. You may learn more effective ways to cope with feelings and situations that you may be experiencing. By processing emotions, you will begin to develop improved coping skills. You will learn how to restructure negative thoughts into positive thoughts, develop creative techniques to reduce stress, and increase self-care strategies to achieve your goals. My hope is that anyone that comes through our doors will find clarity, hope and purpose. We stand ready to walk the journey of life with you.
My focus is on helping you to empower yourself to become stronger and more determined to reach the goals that you set. The best way to start is to begin to make decisions that are in your best interest and most importantly make yourself a priority.
